The Advisor will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and enhancement of accurate and timely advice and guidance across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders regarding the Fixed Asset Register and Management of comprehensive asset and asset life cycle plans. This includes management and control of assets master data within centralised business systems, knowledge of Queensland Government procurement requirements, and development of documentation for the Management of Procurement activities in an asset management environment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated effectiveness in the delivery of financial management services at a senior level, involving the development and implementation of financial management planning and information systems. They will have advanced knowledge of financial systems, including SAP and Microsoft Excel, and extensive knowledge of contemporary financial management practices. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing environment are also essential for this role.
