Role Scope
As the Senior Project Officer within the GPR team, you will:
• Co-ordinate the department's customer complaint management, information privacy, and corporate reporting.
• Develop and review the department's policies and procedures related to complaints management, information privacy, and other corporate governance matters.
• Adopt, or adapt, corporate reporting systems to obtain the best possible business insights, improve operational efficiencies and strengthen employee engagement.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of this role
As the Senior Project Officer, you will be responsible for delivering the following key corporate governance activities for the department: 
· Developing, reviewing and updating the department's Customer Complaint Management Policy, Procedure, and related resources.
· Establishing and maintaining systems and processes to support department-wide reporting on customer complaints to ensure that complaints are managed in a responsive, consistent and timely manner.
· Maintaining and periodically reviewing the department's Information Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Guide and the suite of privacy resources, including the privacy information forms and templates.
· Assisting business areas in conducting privacy scans and impact assessments when designing and implementing new projects and programs that involve the management of personal information.
· Preparing responses to, and reporting on, information privacy complaints and privacy breaches.
· Providing advice and support to business areas in relation to customer complaints, information privacy and project management.
· Adopting new, or adapting existing, department-wide end-to-end corporate reporting systems to obtain the best possible business insights, improve operational efficiencies and strengthen employee engagement. 
· researching and preparing high quality reports, submissions, briefing notes, presentations, and other correspondence.
· Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
· Contributing to the department's strong performance-oriented culture that is focused on clients, innovation and continuous improvement.
