Senior Advisor, Human Resources
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyCloses: 08 November 2024Details: The Community Services Directorate's (CSD's) People, Capability and Culture Branch is seeking motivated applicants to apply for these interesting and challenging Senior Advisor, Human Resources (HR) positions. There are three temporary positions available across three teams - Senior Advisor, Employee Relations, Senior Advisor, Performance and Culture, and Senior Advisor, Safety and Wellbeing. Please see the individual position description for further information on each of the roles.
CSD's People, Capability and Culture Branch supports the Directorate through the provision of a broad range of strategic human resource management functions. These vacancies present a fantastic opportunity for those looking to pursue, or advance, their career in HR and to gain experience and understanding in public sector management. While relevant HR experience is looked upon favourably, applicants with transferable skills and relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Notes: There are currently three temporary positions available for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
