Senior Advisor - Family Office

Are you currently working in the private wealth management space and seeking a new opportunity to make an impact? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Advisor who is passionate about delivering bespoke wealth management advice tailored to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and philanthropic organisations.
In this role, you will work primarily with clients seeking wholesale advice—90% of the clientele—providing comprehensive financial solutions that include:
Investment Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to craft tailored investment strategies that reflect their unique goals and risk profiles. Portfolio Construction and Management: Design and manage diversified portfolios using a range of investment opportunities, including private equity, infrastructure assets, and alternative investments. Strategic Tax and Superannuation Advice: Offer guidance on tax-efficient structures and superannuation strategies to maximise wealth accumulation and protection. Asset Protection and Succession Planning: Develop robust strategies to safeguard client assets while ensuring a smooth transition of wealth across generations. You will join a team of highly skilled professionals, working closely with accountants, lawyers, and other advisors to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
The successful applicant will possess:
Relevant qualifications in financial planning, with a strong understanding of the Australian financial services landscape. Proven experience in private wealth management, demonstrating expertise in delivering tailored financial advice. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships.
