The Position The Senior Advisor Digital Communications is responsible for driving and implementing CEA's external digital communication strategy with the aim of raising CEA's brand in the marketplace and attracting the best talent for the company. This position will establish, manage and maintain the external website, required social media accounts and industry advertising, collaborating across departments as required. This position will also create, design, write and edit digital content, including posts, news articles, graphics, audio and video for both internal and external use.
In this position, you will be responsible for: Creating, developing and implementing a digital media strategy. Reviewing, refreshing and maintaining the external website, using data analytics to improve engagement. Establishing an online presence through various social media channels – which support CEA's strategic communication objectives. Curating written and visual content for communications collateral on CEA's digital channels, including social media posts, web content, intranet content, videos, articles, press releases, and blogs. Creating graphics or overseeing external designers in the development of CEA content. Creative and confident written and verbal communication skills. Highly skilled in digital content development including audio, video and photography for publication through various digital channels. Proficient in using industry-standard media planning and graphic design tools and software. Creative eye and graphic design, photography and videography skills. Ability to influence and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Eligibility Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - Baseline. The successful candidate MUST be able to obtain a clearance prior to commencement.
