Transport and Main Roads (Organisation site: http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/)Commercial Partnerships; Passenger Transport Services; Translink; BrisbaneThe role of Senior Advisor (Commercial Partnerships) is a trusted advisor for the processes, governance and procedures for a number of the core elements needed for the team to manage the successful delivery of various Commercial Partnership projects and routine functions.Contribute to the effective delivery of procurement projects by assisting cross functional teams through providing authoritative advice and direction in relation to tendering and contract processes to ensure Commercial Partnerships' compliance with Corporate Procurement Office policy and procedures.Assist the project teams with the development of the tendering and contract documents, including relevant approvals, plans, invitations, and awarding documentation to ensure effective management of suppliers and contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement process.Ensure the successful delivery of positive outcomes for supply arrangements, supporting rigorous and systematic supplier performance and contract management, including cost and risk.Assist the project team in providing high level reviews to ensure compliance with the required governance processes.
