The Opportunity  We are seeking a mature and confident Senior Administrator who is respectful, empathetic and able to build strong rapport with Traditional owners and is ready to take on a leadership position.
In this position, you will be developing and implementing relevant policies, providing training to personnel, taking minutes, and producing board documentation.

*Temp-to-Perm Opportunity,  30-40 hours per week Who You Are We are seeking a mature and confident Senior Administrator who is respectful, empathetic and able to build strong rapport with Traditional owners who is ready to take on a leadership position where you are - A motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and well within an inclusive team environment The primary contact for the CEO, Board and Members by providing exceptional organisational and personal administration responsibilities Friendly and likeable, able to liaise effectively with people from all walks of life Able to manage high-volume communications and calendar scheduling, with the ability to coordinate various meetings and events The Tasks Ahead The tasks ahead for the organisation are focused on continuing its growth and enhancing its impact within the mining industry and the communities it serves.
Key tasks include: Policy Development and Implementation: The organisation will work on creating and refining policies that support operational efficiency and align with its commitment to community engagement and Indigenous employment Training Programs: Developing comprehensive training programs for personnel is essential.
These programs will focus on skills development, safety protocols, and cultural awareness to ensure that staff are well-equipped to serve Indigenous clients and stakeholders effectively Strengthening Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities is a priority.
