They have an excellent reputation in the Perth market and are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to support their growing workload with two new major projects starting in excess of $150M.
Key Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity SurveyingSolid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $30m+Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsProven track record in commercial buildingIf this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply!
