Senior Administrator/Office Manager

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join their team and help streamline operations and enhance productivity. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing their administrative functions while providing critical support to their team.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the efficient use of their XERO accounting system.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong background in accounts, and possesses excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable using XERO.
Assist with job scheduling
Reconciliations, payroll processing, and BAS as needed.
Monitor and respond to emails
Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from staff and external partners.
Collaborate with management to streamline financial reporting and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:
Strong computer literacy
Experience in XERO accounting software is essential.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
