The Senior Administrator coordinates a broad range of administrative support and processes to ensure effective and efficient student, administration and financial services, reporting and operations within the Microcredentials, ACFE, Reconnect and LN (Literacy and Numeracy) division in the Foundation Education College (FEC).
Within this role you will be responsible for managing student administration function to enable the effective delivery of the program within the Foundation Education College.
The position is required to ensure that BHI retains its pre-eminent position as a quality education provider and is a first choice for education and training.
This involves maintaining productive relationships with the relevant employers, industries, governments and relevant agencies, and employees involved in the administration processes, to ensure achievement of quality outcomes for all students.
The position reports to the Manager Microcredentials, ACFE, Reconnect and LLN (MARL) and works collaboratively with the Director and is a member of the School's Administration team.
About You: Demonstrated experience within a similar role Ability to guide and support team members in achieving outcomes and shared goals Demonstrated understanding of the range of programs provided at Box Hill Institute and awareness of prerequisites necessary to enter various programs Demonstrated experience in confidently and courteously liaising with people at all levels, with a commitment to providing a high level of customer care and client satisfaction Proven ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally including the ability to influence and communicate effectively on a range of sensitive and complex issues Develops and implements systems and procedures to guide work and track progress.
