THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Administrator, your primary role is to provide a high level of administrative support to ensure the day to day running of the office.
  
Your role encompasses working within the Administration team to complete a multitude of tasks that enable the business to function effectively. You will be working as part of the Administration team, providing assistance and support to all employees of the firm, and other Admin roles.

Main duties include: 
SIC Administration, including management of the ASIC Mailbox, reconciling, reporting and processing annual company statements, in order to meet all ASIC deadlines. Preparation and Lodgement of ASIC forms and Preparation of Dividend Statements. Maintenance of Debtor Management System in relation to client accounts and reminders Application for Fee Funding for clients Contact clients in relation to outstanding accounts. Weekly reconciliation of petty cash and expenses. Update to APS database and processes as required. Reconciliation of ATO and APS databases Monitoring of lodgement deadlines and status of returns (Compliance, BAS and IAS) Reporting of returns that have missed lodgement deadlines and status. Monitoring of payment deadlines and payment options forms Reconciliation of Quarterly PAYG notices and Activity Statements Creation of Activity Statements in APS Taxation Review Accountants training hours to ensure meeting CPD requirements. Work with third party to ensure operation and maintenance of Robotics processes. Look for, and implement, new processes to be automated. Provide support to the Office Manager & Operations Co-ordinator Assist with a variety of tasks to support the Office Manager and Operations Co-ordinator Maintain a daily timesheet. Photocopying, scanning, and saving of documents. Assist clients with their enquiries. Respond within a timely manner to client emails and phone calls, with resolutions or updates. Provide Administrative support to the Office. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL NEED:
3+ years' experience working in a similar role. High level of organisational skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. High level of time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Friendly, professional manner. Ability to liaise with people at all levels. Able to work autonomously and within the team. Technical knowledge of Internal programs.   BENEFITS
