UGL/IAS have an opportunity for experienced Senior Administrator to join our team in Canning Vale.
This role will be the focal point for workforce movement and mobilisation throughout our multiple offshore sites.
You will ideally have a background in Recruitment or Mobilisation with excellent attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of industry training requirements and Training Matrices.
About You
Demonstrated experience in coordinating a high-volume blue-collar workforce
First point of contact for speaking to and mobilising new and existing employees across multiple campaigns and projects
Experience in onboarding/resource scheduling including roster management. Ability to adapt to rostering changes and ensure communication is maintained with affected sites and employees
Monitoring qualifications and compliance to ensure it meets client and UGL/IAS requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with other UGL departments (Recruitment, HR, Training)
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a solution driven approach to complex tasks
Ability to balance workload and priorities to meet deadlines
Experience in SAP and Mypass will be highly regarded
Support the wider team with record keeping and reporting
