About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at an Accounting advisory practice located in the South East suburbs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management: Collate and record inbound and outbound documents, including ATO correspondence, lodgement of documents, and managing ASIC compliance.Client Liaison: Greet clients, answer queries, and provide exceptional customer service.Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database.Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.Office Management: Monitor and manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.Financial Management: Invoicing and debtors management to ensure timely payment from clients.RequirementsEssential: Accounting industry experience, with a strong understanding of MYOB.Desirable: Excellent client-facing skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.About UsLawson Delaney is a leading Accounting recruitment agency, passionate about helping candidates find their dream job.
