The National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health (NCEPH) strives to improve the population's mental and physical health through discovery, education, and the translation of research into effective health policy and practice, working on problems in Australia and Internationally. The different nature and focus of the Research centres ensure the successful cross-disciplinary approach to population health research, making it an internationally recognised reference for researchers and students.

The National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at the Australian National University is recruiting for an exciting position within the Department of Applied Epidemiology unit. The position will contribute to the MAE program through managing the Pac-EVIPP+ program of work, fellowship students from the Pacific and contribute to supporting the MAE program.The Pac-EVIPP+ program is a $7.5 million grant from Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT over four years, 2024–28. The main objective is to build and support a strong applied field epidemiology community in the Pacific and SE Asia regions through advanced learning pathways, multi-sectoral collaboration, and networks for effective response to health security and public health threats.
