The role This full-time position is for a collaborative and aspiring individual reporting to the Practice Manager as part of the administrative team delivering Moulis Legal's corporate support function.
The Office Concierge's primary role of front of house reception is expanded to include other areas of the business.

Specific duties include:
Front of house reception Support maintenance and premises management Support administration for legal matters Support schedules and travel arrangements Support training and events Support human resource objectives About you 2+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role and in a high functioning office Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF proficiency Ability to navigate and learn new systems Enthusiasm for a collaborative team environment Please note this is not a pathway role into the legal profession; rather it is intended for someone pursuing a business administration role.
