Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is seeking an Senior Administration Officer to contribute to the ongoing reform of Aged Care Service provision.
As part of our Care of the Older Person team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing clinical and business systems within Residential Aged Care Facilities.
About YouTo be successful in the role, we are looking for candidates who possess; Highly developed interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver quality services and achieve established goals.Strong capability to maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality with sensitive data and personal information.Effective planning and organizational skills for tasks, procedures, workflows, and staff development.Demonstrated proficiency in managing, supervising, and developing staff.Extensive experience in establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems, procedures, and technologies.Track record in policy and procedure development and implementation.Experience providing confidential secretarial and clerical support.Thorough understanding of continuous quality improvement processes.Proficient knowledge of administrative procedures.Familiarity with relevant acts, awards, and codes pertaining to records management, human resources, and freedom of information.
