This role will provide specialist actuarial assistance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting detailed analyses on financial performance, risk, and membership.Responsibilities:Actuarial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholdersManaging the Financial Projection ModelProviding insights and recommendations on strategic issuesResearch on private health insurance operations, including dental and optical businessCompliance obligationsSkills & Experience:Relevant experience in Actuarial and Financial modeling, preferably in the PHI industryExperience working with finance/product teamsStrong analytical and quantitative skillsEffective communication with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in PHI policy and legislationUnderstanding of industry practices in health insuranceProficiency in data analysis tools and methodologiesAbout us:Westfund is changing the way Australians see private health insurance.
