About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader, Complex Permissioning and Case Assessment, this role is responsible for the management and assessment of complex accreditation and permissions across a multimodal environment within the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry, Bus, Driving Instructor and Maritime sectors.
You will be responsible for the assessment and processing of complex accreditations and escalated assessments pertaining to criminal and medical matters. The role requires formal writing skills in a legal or regulatory setting, with the ability to write clear, well-reasoned decisions based on legislation and regulatory frameworks.
You will contribute to the development of procedures and quality frameworks while applying a customer-centric approach across all stakeholders with awareness to safety outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail that is complemented by advanced policy or formal writing skills. Previous experience dealing with criminal, regulatory or disciplinary proceedings is highly desirable.
You will possess the ability to work within a fast-paced team, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
