Role : Senior Accountant
Location: Bundall, QLD 4217
Salary: Senior Accountant : $80,000 to $100,000 plus depending on experience and ability. Personal Characteristics:

Xero Practice Manager Xero FYI Document Manager Class SMSF Requirements
Candidates must have the following:
Accounting degree (BCom or BBus) Enrolled or willing to enrol in CPA, CA, or IPA programs. 3 to 5 years public practice experience. Duties List
The responsibilities of this role include a wide array of tasks, such as:
Assist the tax team in preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for various entities. Oversee and mentor less experienced team members including reviewing jobs. Support the BAS team in preparing Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements. Ensure compliance with state-wide tax requirements, including QBCC, Payroll Tax, and WorkCover. Engage with clients through meetings, teleconferences, and emails. Participate in tax planning sessions under the guidance of Directors. Collaborate with the team to efficiently solve client issues. Take proactive measures to prevent future issues and identify opportunities. Gain exposure to diverse industries in Australia and work with clients from around the world. Liaise with the ATO and other government bodies. Team Collaboration & Learning
From day one, you will have the opportunity to work directly with real clients, receiving support from accountants, bookkeepers and directors. Our firm holds fortnightly strategy meetings to discuss improvements for both our internal operations and clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with our referral network of professionals, including lawyers, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and bookkeepers.
