Senior Accountant

Review work papers and ensure appropriate evidence is documented;Applies knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry;Shares knowledge, best practices and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team;Communicates with manager and partners on work flow and matters relating to staff performance;Reviews work of junior team members;Ensure processing of information into the Firms systems has been properly recorded;Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards;Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues;Analyses management accounting reports and provides advice to clients;Reviews income tax returns for individuals, companies, super funds, partnerships and trusts; andDelivers complex tax planning for clients.
