Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications and Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification: Obtained or working towards. Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a public practice environment, with a strong focus on tax and business advisory services. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and auditing standards. Client-Centric: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring and supervising junior staff. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
