We are driven by innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver sustainable, long-term value to our clients, partners, employees, and the communities in which we operate.The Role(s)As a Senior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with business owners, providing expertise across several areas that may include, but are not limited to:Preparing & reviewing Board packs and management reporting to support clients in achieving their business goals.Meticulous preparation or review of Financial Statements and tax Returns for Companies, Partnerships, and Trusts.Review BAS and IAS returns to ensure accuracy.Address CGT, GST, and Div 7a issues in year-end compliance work.Assist in training junior roles to enhance their technical skills.Qualifications & experienceCA/CPA qualified or studying towards.3+ years of relevant experience, showcasing a solid foundation in accounting practices.Preferably possesses experience in a mid-tier environment, demonstrating familiarity with its operational nuances.Ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at liaising with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across the organization.Capable of working independently and collaboratively, providing support to Directors, Partners, and team leaders.Exhibits a forward-thinking and positive approach, encouraging innovation and constructive contributions from team members.Seeking an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic and expanding firm.At Prime Financial Group, we are leaders in connecting advice, capital, and investment.
