The Woolworths Group Finance team is positioned to support change and continuous improvement across the business whilst continually focussing on providing excellent customer experiences to key stakeholders.  About the opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Shared Services team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to lead continuous improvement, engagement with Financial Shared Services (FSS) business partners and mentoring team members/direct reports. This includes monitoring relevant employee related cost lines, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, managing queries from business partners as well as supporting the wider EE&I team in driving continuous improvements across all aspects of the team's performance.
