The Opportunity
An opportunity for genuine client contact and advisory work. No getting stuck behind senior staff members to access clients. A large client base that has multiple clients turnover over between $20-$100+million. Regular reviews both performance and personal. Duties
Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entities (excluding SMSFs). Genuine client contact and advisory exposure. Participation in regular client meetings for continuous personal and client growth. Preparation of BAS & IAS. Mentoring and assisting junior staff members when needed. About you (ideally) :
3+ years of experience working within an Australian accounting firm. Expertise in producing financial statements and tax returns with Australian tax knowledge. Proficiency in Division 7A and CGT matters, with FBT experience preferable. CA/CPA qualified or working towards. A positive attitude towards work. Open to learning and eager to learn about new clients. Strong communication skills for client liaison and retention. Flexibility surrounding work-from-home (1/2 days per week) Flexible working hours (early start/early finish - late start/late finish) Accelerated progression pathways for those wanting to succeed.
