Key Responsibilities Business Advisory & Compliance: Prepare complex financial statements and taxation compliance documents for clients. Handle general bookkeeping and activity statements. Communicate effectively with clients and liaise with ATO and other government bodies. Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to organizational processes. Leadership: Conduct first-round reviews of junior staff work to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Offer coaching and support to develop junior team members' skills. Delegate tasks and set clear goals for junior staff while modeling positive leadership. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and organizational procedures. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ethical, proactive, and accountable in all professional activities. Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Completed or nearing completion of CA/CPA certification. 3+ years of public practice accounting experience. Personal Attributes Commitment to ethical behavior and teamwork. Positive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality and present professionally.
