Senior Accountant - 40% Compliance/60%Advisory

This employer provides ongoing advisory and accounting services to a number of their clients and their team takes on a client management role overseeing the delivery of tax and advisory in addition to fully outsourced accounting services.

The firm provides external CFO work giving you the opportunity to work with management accounting tasks 60% of the time

2 training sessions per week, full CA/CPA support
Parking on-site, based in the inner south-east suburbs
Enjoy a diversity of work including:
Financial statements and tax returns, BAS/IAS for all entities.
Month-end accounting duties for clients.
Assisting with monthly client meetings, strategy development, reviewing performance, and forecasting/modeling work.
Management accounting work for clients.
Xero-based accounting, fully cloud-based.
What experience will you need?
Degree qualified, progression toward CA/CPA or completed, full support provided
3-5 years of experience in an Australian accounting firm
Full client contact with strong communications skills and customer service ethic
This role would suit an intermediate (who would like to step up) or senior who would like to broaden their experience beyond tax into management accounting and advisory services with a smaller firm that values and trusts their staff!
