We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Account / Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
This role is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

As the Senior Account Manager, you'll act as a strategic partner with our Major Accounts and provide an executive presence to understand and guide our top customers through the best communications solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with technical professionals, facing senior level mobile operators, emergency services, government departments, construction companies, and electrical contractors and be presenting a variety of communication network solutions and services to them.
You will work closely with internal engineering, service delivery, and project management teams.
You'll be responsible for building customer relationships, understanding their business and communication network challenges, and responding to them with solutions to meet all stakeholder requirements.
Critical to your success will be your experience with and ability to: Lead the tendering process for new and existing contractsIdentify and qualify new business opportunities in government and corporate sectorsAssist with development and implementation of a strategic business development planConduct market research and analyse industry trendsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsDeliver impactful presentations and negotiate contractsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project executionRequired Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or business development roleProven track record of securing major contracts, particularly in government and corporate sectorsStrong understanding of the telecommunications industry (a plus, but not essential)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCollaborative and results-oriented mindsetIdeal Candidate: A highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
