Operating nationally, we provide end-to-end technology to improve workflows and create a seamless experience for conveyancers and their clients.About the roleWe are seeking a Major Accounts Executive with a proven track record in managing Top Tier clients. The successful candidate will manage the entire client sales journey from lead creation through to value creation, customer success, and increased net revenue. The role is focused on the acquisition of new major clients as well as managing ongoing relationships to drive engagement and higher revenue per account.This role offers a competitive salary + commission, and a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office and 2 days WFH).What you'll be doingNew Business Generation: Find prospective major accounts, develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities, build relationships and sign them onto the triSearch solutions to achieve sales targets.Manage existing key customer accounts: Performing quarterly reviews and establishing a regular meeting cadence designed to identify customer initiatives and expansion opportunities.Minimise Churn: Ensure our major accounts are satisfied, engaged, and growing with triSearch to reduce churn across your portfolio.Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the setup and configuration of our conveyancing technology software.Establish relationships: With key stakeholders at various levels within the client to strengthen partnerships and drive through key initiatives and advocate on behalf of the customer.Drive adoption of products: Through a client success mentality, consulting and advising the clients with triSearch solutions that can add value to their business.Problem solving: Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns, in concert with the Operations and product training teams.What we're looking forYou will be a true hybrid sales representative. You will know how to hunt for new clients while also farming across an existing set of Major Accounts. You will be comfortable in building your own pipeline via warm and cold calling while also calling into new areas of existing clients. You will also be able to demonstrate the solution face to face in a client meeting or remotely. You will have strong account management experience selling value to senior buyers within top tier accounts.5+ Years experience: In a similar role, ideally within the legal or property technology space.A Growth Mindset: We're looking for someone who's willing and eager to grow, be coached, and achieve great things together.Service-oriented: With a consultative approach when addressing customer needs and the ability to secure buy-in and drive adoption by continually selling value rather than price.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the conveyancing or real estate industry and an understanding of related workflows is advantageous.Meet KPIs and Quotas: Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs and quotas.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.Presentation Skills: Confident and engaging presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful training sessions.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software applications.Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple training sessions and prioritise workload effectively.What we offerAll of the talented people at triSearch are carefully selected to ensure they align with our core values.
