About the Role: In this sales-focused position, your responsibilities will include:
Converting inbound leads into successful sales. Conducting market research to identify warm leads and develop strategies to expand your client portfolio. Proactively networking and reaching out to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales. Growing sales of existing customers year on year. Building and maintaining robust client relationships, offering exceptional service and consistent follow-up. Nurturing a thriving Sales Pipeline. Introducing new products to customers and staying updated on innovations to enhance our offerings. Striving to meet and surpass set KPIs. Analysing sales data to refine strategies, ensure accurate forecasts and drive improvements. Completing general administrative tasks, such as invoicing and data entry. Who we're looking for: We are seeking individuals who embody the following traits:
A proven track record of achieving targets, growing sales, and implementing innovative value-add solutions for clients. A strong work ethic coupled with a determination to exceed client expectations and meet sales goals. Resilience, determination, and a continuous-improvement outlook are essential. Outstanding relationship-building skills marked by integrity, clear communication, and consistent rapport. Customer-centric mindset with a history of delivering exceptional service and support. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional at customer service and consultation. Strong organisational skills, complemented by the ability to excel in a team environment. Adaptability and effective prioritisation, even under pressure. Previous experience in the Promotional, Corporate, or Education sectors is a plus, though not essential. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy). Alignment with our Core Values (please refer below).
