Senior Account Executive - predominantly remoteAustralia, SydneyNatterbox Ltd, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. With almost 600 organizations worldwide relying on Natterbox's class-leading service levels to set new standards in customer experience, this is an exciting opportunity to help drive measurable increases in sales efficiency, competitive advantage, and organizational success. Natterbox's cloud PBX service captures and integrates voice into customer processes and the Salesforce CRM system, allowing for optimal customer experiences. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, staff benefits, and opportunities for career growth while working in a fun and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities by prospecting and creating a pipeline of potential clients.Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.Work in collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to provide outstanding customer service.Understand the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.Utilize Salesforce CRM to keep track of pipeline and manage activities.Achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years solution sales experience, desired candidates will have experience within the Salesforce ecosystem or Telecoms industry.Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience in negotiating and closing deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a similar system.This role is predominantly remote based however, we welcome applications from individuals who see the value in in-person meet ups.25 days holiday increasing to 30 days after 2 yearsPrivate health insurance insurance after probation
