The Opportunity: We are searching for a hungry, passionate and coachable individual with B2B SaaS sales experience to fill a critical sales role at Maropost.
This position will manage the complete sales cycle from developing pipelines to negotiating and closing contracts.
We are looking for people who are ready to grind, results driven and entrepreneurial.
About the Position: In your role as a Senior Account Executive, you will drive the sales process in a performance-based environment and partner with prospective customers to identify how organizations can maximize the use of our e-Commerce solutions for retail businesses in the Mid-Market.
Reporting to the ANZ Sales Manager, you will partner across the organization with highly focused people who are eager to learn, have fun, and be a part of a winning culture.

What you'll be responsible for: Develop a sustained pipeline by actively prospecting and developing new business within target accounts + ICP to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations.Effectively articulate the Maropost value proposition and return of investment of our multi-channel solution across the prospect buyer map.Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to closing.Be a quota-crusher with a 'customer-first' mentality.Proactively create + refresh individual territory strategies for new development and growth.Master the Maropost Sales process to provide a consistent and repeatable sales experience with high conversion rate.Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.Work cross-departmentally and build long-lasting relationships.Maintain accurate sales activity, prospect, customer, pipeline, and forecast information.Partner closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDR), and Partner Channel Managers to strategize and execute on generated demand.What you'll need to bring to Maropost: Minimum 3-5 years of experience along with mid-market sales experience.Experience selling email marketing, e-commerce or retail solutions is strongly preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding New Business quota.Strong sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen.Coachable, hungry, driven, energetic, curious, passionate, entrepreneurial, and analytical in nature.Ability to forecast with a high degree of accuracy.Can showcase an effective, repeatable method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory.Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external prospects, and clients.Experience in a high-growth, SaaS scaleup with fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Experience creating new business opportunities, including cold calling + emailing, LinkedIn Messages, Video Prospecting, converting Inbound demand, converting SDR generated demand.Highly collaborative, team player, competitive and positive attitude.Process and task oriented; very organized and diligent.Familiarity with Gong, SFDC, M365, Apollo, and LI Nav are a bonus.Equal Employment Opportunity: Maropost is deeply committed to promoting diversity, advancing equity, and fostering a culture of inclusion.
