Assisting prospective customers with used vehicle enquiries. Achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs. Developing and maintaining good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention. Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish. Managing customer enquiries and follow-ups. Meeting various targets and KPIs. Maintaining the Showroom presentation. Assisting with the mentoring of Trainees. The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded. The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale. Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets. The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a great working culture. Reliability, dependability, and punctuality. Open, confident communicator with excellent organisational skills. Hold a current driver's license. Attain or ability to obtain a QLD Motor Vehicle Sales License.
