Your role as an SAE is to serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts. You will conduct follow-ups on correspondence and work to strengthen and grow account relationships. You will be responsible for the retention, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing various client accounts. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of products and services the client holds.
