Support & manage multiple clients in the consumer electronics space Manage a portfolio, understand clients goals and ensure needs are met Best Places to Work Winner - 4 years in a row About the Role: Drive Campaign Success : Support the Client Manager and team in briefing and executing campaigns for consumer electronics clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives from start to finish.
Client Management : Collaborate with the Client Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for key accounts, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure program success.
Build Strong Relationships : Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly and monthly check-ins, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing transparent weekly/monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and solutions for challenges and opportunities.
Financial Accountability : Handle invoicing, forecasting, and ensure margin levels are maintained, keeping both client and company financial goals in check.
About You: Demonstrated agency/retail experience working in a client facing role.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Business experience is mandatory.
Time management skills.
Intermediate MS Excel skills is a must!
(experience with V-lookups/pivot tables is essential).
