And as part of our next chapter of growth, we're looking for a new Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic and welcoming team.
What you'll do Manage a portfolio through all stages of the broking process, with support from the broking teamConfidently manage & respond to queries from clients and underwriters – via both phone & email.
This may include complex problem-solvingDevelop strong and effective working relationships with strata managers and underwriters to support business retention and growth in accordance with branch goals and objectivesLead and motivate the team to achieve their personal potential and enhance their career advancement prospectsTrain and mentor colleagues and new team membersMaintain and develop knowledge of legislation, products and systemsWork with the claims team and brokers to ensure operational targets and service expectations are metWhat you'll bring Extensive experience in brokingProven time management skills with track record in delivering tasks within deadlinesCommitment to honesty, integrity and transparencyCustomer-centric perspective, with the desire to go the extra mileStrong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detailSelf-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solvingProficient computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and insurance softwareDesire to succeed in managing a team remotely and in a hybrid, changeable office environmentWe'd really like it if you also have: Strata insurance experienceMinimum 5+ years' experience in a financial services roleTertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline and/or other relevant qualifications (e.g., Anziif)What it's like to work for us As part of the Steadfast Group, BCB recognises and supports a range of flexible work arrangements to promote a better work/life balance.
