We have a newly created opportunity with one of our leading Steadfast Broker Clients in Brisbane. This role has come about due to growth plans for 2025 and is a newly created position.
Our CBD Insurance Broker client is a well-known and respected Insurance Brokerage in Australia, providing insurance solutions to their many loyal customers over many years. Over the last 6-12 months, they've experienced a period of substantial growth due to some business expansion and merger, therefore creating some new opportunities.
The Role Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced SENIOR Account Executive to take on a solid portfolio. The portfolio consists of some larger key clients, but they also very much value their smaller clients who have been with the business since day one. This is a role where you'll enjoy not only servicing clients from the office, but you'll be out and about meeting with clients face to face. With your industry knowledge, you'll easily be able to engage in conversation with business and industry leaders.
The team are professional and high performing. They also like to have some fun and celebrate the wins.
Responsibilities Management of a portfolio through all stages of the Broking process, with support from the wider broking team of Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives. Confidently manage & respond to queries from clients and underwriters – via both phone & email. This may include complex problem-solving. Regular face to face client meetings. Develop strong and effective working relationships with managers and underwriters to support business retention and growth in accordance with branch goals and objectives. Highlight and escalate any significant issues of concern affecting service delivery. Offer Our client is offering some work from home flexibility 2 days a week, as well as an attractive salary package for the right person.
