We're seeking an O365 Specialist to join our Clients team in Sydney for a 3 month project to start early January 2025.
If you thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy collaborating with IT teams to deliver robust solutions, this role is perfect for you!
Your Mission As our O365 Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for managing, troubleshooting, and optimising the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless performance across Exchange, SharePoint, and related services.
You'll tackle challenges, run lead technical innovation, and contribute to the ongoing success of our IT operations.
What You'll Do O365 Management: Oversee and maintain O365 Exchange mailboxes, user accounts, distribution groups, and enterprise policies.
On-Prem Exchange Expertise: Manage and maintain our on-premises Exchange environment with precision.
Troubleshooting Excellence: Handle Level 1 and Level 2 issues, providing swift resolutions and exceptional user follow-up.
PowerShell Guru: Create and utilise scripts to enhance automation and resolve messaging issues.
IT Collaborator: Work closely with networking and helpdesk teams for effective issue resolution.
Technical Innovator: Participate in research to drive innovation within the organisation.
Phishing Watchdog: Monitor and address phishing attempts, ensuring system security.
Microsoft Suite Expert: Offer insights and management for the entire O365 product suite and solutions.
Your Skills and Experience Proven Expertise:  Minimum 5+ years as an O365 System Administrator or Office 365 Exchange Administrator or 365 Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills.
Technical Depth : Hands-on experience with Exchange User Administration, Outlook/OWA, MS Teams, Azure AD, PowerShell, and SharePoint administration.
Additional Tools: Exposure to On-Prem Exchange, OKTA, AD Connect, Power Apps, and Power BI.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, DNS, and identity management solutions like Azure AD/SSO.
