We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Co-Centre Manager to support and lead our St Helena Early Learning centre and team. Our privately owned purpose-built, 129 place state of the art facility was created to promote curiosity and learning in both our indoor learning studios and our outdoor learning environment.About the RoleManaging and leading educators and staff members, including recruitment and rostering.Supporting, coaching and mentoring educators.Developing and maintaining an engaged and positive working culture.Role modelling and ensuring practice aligns with theory.Building positive partnerships with families.Ensuring the centre's compliance with the Act, Regulations and NQS.Ensuring Quality Improvement Plan is maintained as an evolving, live document.Promoting and playing a pivotal role in our Anthony Semann Mentoring & Coaching Program.Driving our Curiosity Approach Journey.About YouHold a minimum qualification of Diploma in Children Services.Working experience as a Manager.Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Framework.Experience with QikKids preferred but training will be provided.Sound leadership qualities; a proven record of leading and developing teams.Experience coordinating and administering all aspects of the centre.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with educators, staff members, children, and families.High level of written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding and application in staff management.Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.Current Working with Children Check or VIT Registration.Immediate start is preferred.If this sounds like you, and you would like to make a real difference in the Greensborough community, apply now!
