The Global Remuneration and Benefits Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with organisational goals.
About the opportunity: Remuneration Framework: Develop and maintain a competitive, transparent compensation structure with clear job levels and salary bands. Regularly benchmark against market standards to ensure alignment with industry trends. Benefits Program: Evaluate and manage employee benefits, including health, wellness, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring they are competitive and meet employee needs. Annual Review Process: Lead the annual remuneration review, collaborating with HR and department heads to ensure fair, data-driven salary adjustments and performance-based bonuses. Equity & Fairness: Promote pay equity by regularly auditing compensation practices, addressing pay gaps, and working with DE&I teams to ensure fair pay for all employees. Compensation Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership on compensation trends, market positioning, and program effectiveness. Policy Development: Create and update compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance and maintain transparency across the organisation. Employee Communication: Educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, helping them understand their total rewards package. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on compensation trends and refine programs based on employee feedback and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
About you: Relevant experience of at least 8-10 years in strategic Talent role Proven experience developing and implementing talent acquisition and workforce planning Ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team that is geographically dispersed. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Certification in Human Resources or Change Management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, PROSCI etc) preferred
