We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven individual to join the Seeds team at Tullamarine VIC as Administration & Customer Service Officer on a permanent full-time basis.

As part of our Core Vales, we are Trusted, Humble & Ambitious, Responsible, and Open & Inclusive As part of our Absolutes, we have a strong focus on Ethics, Safety and Financial Control Leave-loading of 17.5% payable on Annual Leave taken Parental leave top-up pay of 4 weeks Employee of the quarter rewards and recognition Free on-site parking Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from existing and new clients that include growers/farmers, seed companies, and Biosecurity Officers Answering phone calls/emails, greeting customers and couriers, entering testing results in the LIMS system, maintaining and updating records using MS Office General administrative duties including receiving mail, filing, sample return, and processing invoices Participate in routine audits (experience or an interest in Quality Control would be advantageous) About you: Have a background in customer service OR administration with a minimum of 2 years of experience Are able to prioritise to complete tasks as they arise in a fast-paced environment Have accurate data-entry skills with an eye for detail Are highly organised and have excellent time management skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have experience with a LIMS program, ideally LabWare Demonstrate intermediate MS Office and computer literacy skills Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills that all you to work well both autonomously and in a team dynamic Are an advocate for safety Have a strong customer focus to consistently deliver high quality results Display an interest in agriculture and or laboratory testing Express a desire to be a valued long-term employee that supports the Seed industry
