About the role Navitas Skilled Futures is seeking candidates for the SEE Administration Officer role. This role will support the delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment program (SEE), as well as all services and sub-programs.
This role is suited for an individual with excellent administrative and customer support skills. The candidate should be able to work closely with internal stakeholders and have experience meeting and maintaining compliance requirements.
The role's responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to frontline, phone, and email inquiries, and positively shaping clients' first impression of Navitas Skilled Futures. Actively promoting and marketing Navitas Skilled Futures programs and services and assisting with organising and promoting site events. Managing stakeholder communication, escalating feedback and complaints, and providing support with program, site, and employment information. Providing high-quality administrative support including timely responses to stakeholders, systems data maintenance, and projects and operational improvements. Managing various administrative tasks including data entry, management of client documents, invoicing, and escalating issues promptly. Ensuring consistent high-quality reporting support by accurate records and ensuring secure storage of client information in compliance with privacy regulations. Sourcing, analysing, and validating data, as required. The person we seek will ideally have the following: Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within an education environment. Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders in a multicultural learning environment. Advanced computer application skills including Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches to our clients and stakeholders.
