Ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Site Supervisor, to work within a diverse team in North Sydney and Woollahra site and coordination of security services on site. Problem identification and problem solving is highly recommended. You will be responsible to conduct a muster of guards going on duty for purposes of inspection for proper uniform, review of current security problems, special instructions and training.
Key Activities include but are not limited to: Providing day to day supervision of guard force on site.Ensuring all new employees are fully inducted in accordance with company policy.Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions.Reports to the Guard Force Commander.Deploying guards for a shift or at a facility pursuant to COR or GTM instructions.Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance.Acting as a point of contact with the COR and GTM on operational guard force matters.Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all security related equipment.QualificationsCertificate II in Security Operations.NSW Security Licence.NSW Drivers Licence.Ability to obtain site specific clearances as required.Personal AttributesHave at least a secondary education, National Diploma, or High School degree.5 years guard force experience within leadership positions.Ability to work well under pressure.Customer service experience.Personal alertness and the ability to remain focused.The ability to deal with the public in a customer centric, patient and personable manner.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Strong knowledge of security procedures.Master Licence Number: 408742075 How to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
