The purpose of the role is to ensure the maintenance of a highly visible and professional service that acts as a deterrent in the case of any potential noncompliance with Company security related policies, procedures and regulations.
Ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).
Join MSS Security as a Site Supervisor and help lead and manage our security team at Muswellbrook site.
You'll assist in managing day-to-day security operations, ensuring smooth access control, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities : Supervise security staffs.
Ensure new staff complete their induction and training.
Manage access control and badging on site.
Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch service.
Address any customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Lead regular team meetings and relay important information.
KPI tracking and reporting Qualifications : Certificate II in Security Operations.
Valid NSW Security Licence.
NSW Driver's Licence.
Experience & Skills : At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
