The RMH security team are tasked with securing the premises and ensuring the safety of all staff, patients and visitors on site.
Your day in this role will be unique and varied: Providing friendly and efficient customer service for all persons entering facilities.Conduct regular patrols on sites – foot patrols, inspections, screening and static guarding.Provide basic response for: fire/security alarms, anti-social behaviour.Provide basic crowd control.Compiling security audits and reports.Emergency response.About you Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independentlyConflict resolutions skillsFlexibility with regards to shift patterns and availabilityA current Victorian security licencePrevious experience in a hospital setting would be an advantageWhy work with us?
