You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
Observe activities associated with asset protection;Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems;Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services;Review camera footage and write reports;Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises.Skills & experience Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence;First Aid and CPR certificate;Open driver's license;Customer service experience;Experience in monitoring a CCTV network.If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
