Job Description
In your role, you will work collaboratively with the APAC wide Security Culture team to instil positive security behaviours in SEEK staff, drive down human risks, and uplift SEEK's security culture across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new, and uplift current security training suites for onboarding, high risk roles and high-risk behaviours.
Facilitate engaging security training sessions via face to face, online, computer based training and native language modules.
Create communication using simple and non-technical language in the forms of articles, short messages and presentations.
Design effective nudge campaigns, such as digital graphics and posters to assist in reinforcing key messages.
Promote and run special events including Scam Awareness week and Cyber Security Awareness month.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Great stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs across a range of delivery modes.
Experience in planning, prioritising and managing programs of work.
Experience in security awareness, cybersecurity or IT, alternatively the ability to learn key security concepts quickly.
Ability to take a solution-orientated, analytical and data driven approach in planning, measuring and reporting on training activities.
