Security Cleared Talent Acquisition Professionals CXC are continuously growing and due to some recent client wins we are looking for enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition superstars to join our Talent Solutions team in Canberra (open to other locations, hybrid workers welcome!).

What's the role?
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who has expertise in multiple industries and is able to work independently whilst having the support of a close-knit team. Most specifically, we are currently implementing with a client and have a need for someone who has recruitment expertise in the public sector sourcing high technical roles and is security cleared.
We are open to candidates with both agency and internal recruitment experience - sourcing a variety of role types but would require a knowledge of white-collar recruitment processes.

What we want from you!
Outstanding communication skills, including effective listening & questioning Security Cleared Background in Public Sector recruitment; in particular knowledge of the requirements around security clearance Ability to establish strong, credible working relationships Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and deliverables in a fast-paced environment Time management and prioritization skills Compassion and composure Talent expertise within an in-house, on-site or agency capacity Experience working with ATS, VMS or RMS products/systems What we offer you!
