Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
The Role: We are looking for Trade Assistants to join our Plant and Equipment team and assist our Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, helping to service and repair our heavy vehicles and plant machinery for a large construction project in the renewable energy sector.
This is a full-time FIFO position to Wagga Wagga or Griffith, that will require you to live away from home on a 21/7 roster working 10 hour days each day. Flights, accommodation, and meals are provided.
