**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**
- Draft, format, and manage correspondence, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation and preparations are in place.
- Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.

- **Communication & Coordination:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Manage incoming inquiries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate information flow and enhance operational efficiency.

- **Project Assistance:**
- Provide support to projects and initiatives as directed, ensuring all milestones are met according to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents required for various presentations and meetings.
- Utilize creativity and innovation to suggest improvements in administrative processes and digital solutions.

- **Data Management:**
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining relevant data and documentation related to departmental functions.
- Utilize basic data management and reporting tools to track project progress and outcomes.

- **Personal Development Support:**
- Contribute to a collaborative working environment that supports employee growth and development.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare sector or a similar field.

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Familiarity with project management and task organization tools is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of working autonomously while managing diverse operational tasks.
