About the RoleThe Secretariat Support Officer is a key role within the Office of the CEO team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality confidential secretarial and administrative support.
Reporting into the Strategic Advisor, Ministerial and Executive Services, this role works closely with the Corporate Secretariat and is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Provide high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the authority's Corporate Secretariat and work with Office of the CEO team members and the Executive Leadership team to provide leadership and guidance on protocols regarding the management, distribution and storage of all Board and committee papers.Assist with the coordination and implementation of various projects, activities and tasks across the organisation.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including Board and committee members, internal departmental representatives and external partners.Coordinate meeting arrangements, record and maintain meeting minutes and agreed-upon actions and ensure that all documentation is in line with Triple Zero Victoria's requirements and guidelines.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be stakeholder-focused, highly organised and able to continually demonstrate discretion and sound judgement.
